(Alliance News) - Xaar PLC on Tuesday said Legal & General Group PLC held a less than 5% stake in the inkjet printheads firm after a deal on Thursday last week.
Previous to the transaction, Legal & General held a 5.10% stake in Xaar.
FIL Ltd, meanwhile, held a 5.08% Xaar stake - 4.0 million shares - after a deal on Monday this week. Any previous stake was not disclosed.
Shares in Xaar were up 1.8% at 46.00 pence in London on Tuesday afternoon.
