Witan Investment Declares Fourth Interim Dividend Of 1.83 Pence

(Alliance News) - Witan Investment Trust PLC on Monday declared a fourth interim dividend of 1.825 pence per share, in respect of the last three months of 2019.

The dividend brings the trust's total payout for 2019 to 5.35p, representing a 14% rise from 4.70p paid for 2018.

The trust said the dividend will be paid on April 3 to shareholders on the register at the end of the day February 28. The last trading day with interim dividend rights is February 27.

Witan also said that it intends to pay the first three interim dividends for 2020 in June, September and December at 1.34p each.

The stock closed 0.7% up at 230.50 pence each on Wednesday in London.
