UK DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: New Amigo Leadership Team Buys Shares

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Thursday and Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Amigo Holdings PLC - Bournemouth, England-based provider of guarantor loans - Chief Executive Officer Gary Jennison and wife buy 500,000 shares at GBP0.095, worth GBP47,500, on Thursday. Non-executive directors Maria Walker and Michael Bartholomeusz each buy 107,569 shares at GBP0.091 and GBP0.093, worth about GBP19,800, on Thursday and Friday, respectively. Jennison became CEO in September, moving over from non-executive director, amid a shake-up of leadership at the troubled company. Walker was appointed to the board in October and Bartholomeusz earlier this month. Amigo on Thursday reported a swing to loss for the half year to September 30, as its loan book took a hit on a 20% drop in customer numbers and provisions for customer complaints were ramped up. On Friday, Amigo says it has reached agreement for a further extension of the performance trigger waiver period of its GBP250 million securitisation facility to June 25, 2021. The facility was drawn at GBP132.4 million as of the date of renewal.

British Land Co PLC - Outgoing CEO Chris Grigg and Fionna Grigg sell 220,000 shares at 473.71 pence on Monday and 180,000 shares at 475.49p on Thursday, together worth GBP1.9 million. Grigg was in post for 11 years and is being replaced by as CEO by Chief Financial Officer Simon Carter.

Ncondezi Energy Ltd - coal-fired power project in Mozambique - Non-Executive Director Scott Fletcher buys 933,690 shares at average 5.44p, worth GBP50,802, on Wednesday. Fletcher will have 63.4 million shares after the company's placing shares are admitted to trading on December 8, giving him a 17.3% stake. Last week he bought 3.8 million shares. Fletcher is the company's largest shareholder and joined the board in October.
