LONDON (Alliance News) - Media buying giant WPP PLC Wednesday said its data management arm Kantar has bought specialist data visualisation company Guardian Digital Agency.
It didn't give any financial details about the acquisition.
Guardian Digital Agency, which employs 13 people, was part of Guardian News and Media Group. It will be re-branded as Graphic, WPP said.
"Many of Kantar's 12 companies have already worked with GDA to increase the impact and interactivity of their insights work," WPP said.
Its shares were up 0.6% at 1,273.92 pence Wednesday morning.
