(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

AJ Bell PLC - Manchester, England-based retail investment platform - Fergus Lyons, managing director of AJ Bell Investcentre, sells 603,992 shares, and Charles Galbraith, MD of AJ Bell Youinvest, sells 250,000 shares, both at 461.40 pence and together worth GBP3.9 million, on Thursday. Lyons had sold 3.6 million shares late last month, and Galbraith had sold 500,000 shares at the start of December. Lyons now has 15.1 million shares, a 3.7% stake, while Galbraith has 1.8 million shares.

Draper Esprit PLC - venture capital firm investing in and developing digital technology businesses - Chief Portfolio Officer Stuart Chapman sells 300,000 shares at 669p, worth GBP2.0 million, on Thursday. Retains 1.0 million shares.

Versarien PLC - Cheltenham, Gloucestershire-based advanced materials engineering - Chief Executive Officer Neill Ricketts sells 1.7 million shares at 53.92p, worth GBP889,664, on Thursday. Still has 13.6 million shares, a 7.2% stake.

Ferguson PLC - heating and plumbing distribution - Senior Vice President James Cross sells 6,556 American Depositary Shares at USD12.37 and USD12.38, worth USD81,083, on Tuesday. Each ADS is worth a tenth of an ordinary share.
