LONDON (Alliance News) - Vianet Group PLC Monday said Karen Foster, the wife of Chief Financial Officer Mark Foster bought 3,000 shares at a price of 78.95 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, the couple hold 78,000 shares, which represents a 0.28% stake in the company.
Shares in the data management firm were up 1.9% at 80.97 pence Monday.
