(Alliance News) - Vianet Group PLC on Thursday said Managing Director Steven Alton sold shares in the company following a transaction on Wednesday.
Alton disposed of 120,000 shares at a price of 120 pence each, worth GBP144,000. It has not been disclosed how many shares, if any, Alton holds following the sale.
Shares in Vianet were trading 6.7% lower on Thursday in London at 111.00p each.
