Visum Technologies Chief Financial Officer Mike Stilwell to step down

Wed, 12th Oct 2022 11:54

(Alliance News) - Visum Technologies PLC on Wednesday said that Chief Financial Officer Mike Stilwell plans to step down from his part-time executive role on October 31.

The video technology company focused on global leisure market began trading on Aquis Exchange Growth Market in July at a price of 14 pence each. Its shares were untraded at 18p each in London on Wednesday around midday.

Visum said that Stilwell is unable to continue as a part-time executive director, due to "his time commitments with his other corporate role." He is the CFO of LifeSafe Technologies, a technology business focused on safety solutions and fire extinguishers, since September 2021.

Visum said the search for Stillwell's successor has begun.

Non-Executive Chair Andy Edge said: "The board and management team have enjoyed working with Mike and we wish to express our gratitude for his contribution to the company over the past year."
