LONDON (Alliance News) - ULS Technology PLC on Thursday said it has signed a five-year agreement with UK-based lender Belmont Green Finance Ltd for its eConveyancer comparison platform.
ULS, which makes software for the UK conveyancing and financial intermediary markets, will receive a fee per completed transaction, with Belmont Green expected to launch the service with a number of intermediaries later in the year.
Belmont Green was formed in October 2015 by a team of mortgage industry veterans.
"This new relationship will add to our already strong and loyal distribution for conveyancing and will assist our plans to increase our market share. We have spent much of the last year completing our suite of conveyancing services for mortgage lenders, specifically so we can more actively target this sector," said ULS Chief Executive Ben Thompson.
ULS shares were up 0.6% early Thursday morning at 64.00 pence.
