(Alliance News) - Greencoat UK Wind PLC on Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Daniel Badger will leave at the end of July, without giving a reason.
Tim Ingram, the chair of renewable energy investor Greencoat, said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Daniel Badger for his services as a non-executive director of the company since his appointment in 2013. His valuable contribution has seen the company and its portfolio grow."
Greencoat shares were 0.3% lower on Tuesday morning at a price of 141 pence each.
