(Alliance News) - Medical devices firm Tissue Regenix Group PLC said Wednesday it appointed Mike Barker as its new chief financial officer with immediate effect.
Barker - a chartered accountant - has experience of both AIM-listed and private firms. Previously, he has served as corporate development director at medicines maker Quantum Pharma PLC.
"It's a pleasure to welcome Mike to the executive team," Tissue Regenix Executive Chair John Samuel said. "He is well acquainted with the business, having supported the group since the beginning of the year."
"His experience in AIM listed businesses and contribution to strategic planning will augment and strengthen our management and executive teams as we continue to improve the efficiency of our operations across the business to meet the increasing demand for our products", Samuel added.
Shares in Tissue Regenix were 1.3% higher at 3.95 pence in London on Wednesday.
