LONDON (Alliance News) - Transense Technologies PLC Tuesday said non-executive deputy Chairman David Kleeman transferred a total of 794,444 shares to his children and grandchildren at no cost Monday, therefore his total shareholding remains unchanged at 4.5 million shares, equating to 1.6% of the share capital.
Shares in the technology company were up 0.8% at 8.31 pence Tuesday.
