Target Healthcare REIT PLC - UK care home investor - As at June 30, EPRA net asset value per share was 108.1 pence, up from 107.5p the same date the year before. For the year to the end of June, pretax profit was up 5.7% to GBP31.6 million from GBP29.9 million the prior year, on total income - which includes rental income and gains on the revaluation of properties - which was up by 15% to GBP46.6 million from GBP40.4 million. Portfolio value at the end of June increased by 23% to GBP617.6 million from GBP500.9 million, comprising 71 homes and two pre-let sites.
Declares dividend of 6.68 pence per share, up 1.5% from 6.579p the year before. Looking ahead, expects increase of 0.6% in 2021 financial year to 6.72p.
