(Alliance News) - Ten Lifestyle Group PLC on Tuesday said Chair & Non-Executive Director Bruce Weatherill purchased GBP26,294 worth of shares.
In a transaction on Monday, Weatherill bought 23,477 shares at 112 pence per share, taking his total interest to 800,000 shares or a 0.99% stake.
Shares in Ten Lifestyle were down 3.6% at 107.00p on Tuesday afternoon.
The deal follows a number of share purchases by the lifestyle concierge company's executives in recent months, including Weatherill's purchase of 100,000 shares at 98.31p in June and a GBP36,000 share buy in July by the wife of Chief Financial Officer Alan Donald.
