LONDON (Alliance News) - Housebuilder Telford Homes PLC said Non-Executive Director David Holland bought 10,000 shares at a price of 325 pence per share on Tuesday.
Following the purchase, Holland is interested in 571,444 shares, equating to approximately 0.77% stake.
The company also said Sales and Marketing Director David Campbell bought 2,000 shares at 323.74p each. Campbell now holds 41,796 shares, or 0.06% stake.
The stock was down 0.9% at 322.25p Tuesday.
