Tricorn Group PLC - pipe manufacturer based in Malvern, Worcestershire - Says USD700,000, about GBP500,000, loan received as part of the US government's Payroll Protection Program has been fully forgiven. Explains that as the loan was used for employee retention, Tricorn was allowed to apply for the loan to be converted into a grant, and this was accepted.

Current stock price: 6.17 pence, down 8.6% on Tuesday

Year-to-date change: down 1.3%
