Finnish nickel miner Talvivaara has shrugged off a court decision to review a uranium mining licence.Talvivaara said it did not expect any material financial impact from the ruling by Finland's Supreme Administrative Court (SAC), which is asking the Finnish government to reassess the permit due to business changes since it was granted. The news comes as Talvivaara, which halted operations last month after falling nickel prices and production problems hit its finances, launches a restructuring to fend off bankruptcy.Chief Executive Pekka Perä said: "The company has aimed at gradually starting uranium extraction as a by-product during the summer and autumn of 2014, subject to all necessary permits having been obtained by then."As a result of the ruling by the SAC, the production start-up is likely to be somewhat delayed, but we do not foresee this having any material impact on our 2014 financial results."Our near term focus remains on stabilising our financial situation and on enhancing the production of our main products, nickel and zinc."PW
