LONDON (Alliance News) - Symphony Environmental Technologies PLC said Tuesday that revenue for the four months to April 30 grew 17% year-on-year.
The plastic technologies company recorded revenue of GBP2.7 million for the four month period, mainly driven by d2w oxo-biodegradable plastic technology, a treatment targeted to make short-life plastics such as plastic bags biodegradable.
The company also said it will increase its marketing expenditure by GBP375,000 for 2018 year to fulfill new media, political and commercial opportunities and elevate the group's profile capitalising on the global attention to plastics.
Shares in Symphony Environmental were trading at 29.60 pence, down 12.3%.
