(Alliance News) - HRnetGroup Ltd said that it has acquired 11.7 million shares in recruitment company Staffline Group PLC at 180 pence each on Wednesday.
Following the purchase, HRnetGroup has increased its total holding in Staffline to 17.2 million shares, or 24.89% of the total voting rights of Staffline.
Shares in Staffline Group closed down 3.2% at 115.20p each.
