(ShareCast News) - SKIL Ports & Logistics, the London-listed company developing a port near Mumbai in India, has a full workforce once again in place on site after "local community issues" were resolved. Workers are expected to move towards a 24-hour shift pattern before the end of October, with work to reclaim land in the port continuing and piling planned to begin in the next four weeks.Work had been dialled down since April while management dealt with these issues, with re-mobilisation of the contractor's workforce now completed.Executive chairman Nikhil Gandhi said: "We are pleased to be progressing with work to build a modern port facility in Mumbai. We will continue to inform shareholders as we reach key milestones in the development of this project."Shares in SKIL were up 7% to 40.25p by early morning on Monday.
