LONDON (Alliance News) - Sphere Medical Holding PLC said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Matthew Hall intends to step down at the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting June 25 in order to pursue other business interests.
Hall will remain as a consultant for a period to ensure a smooth transition. The search for Hall's successor is underway, said Sphere.
"The board would like to thank Matthew for his considerable contribution to the company over the past four years. Matthew joined Sphere Medical prior to its initial public offering in November 2011 and since then has played a significant role in the continued development of the company," said Non-Executive Chairman Anthony Martin in a statement.
