LONDON (Alliance News) - Sphere Medical Holding PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Burke & Burke SpA as the exclusive distributor of its Proxima products in Italy.
Sphere, a point-of-care monitoring and diagnostic devices firm, said Burke & Burke will start marketing of Proxima immediately after launch. Proxima is used to measure blood gases, electrolytes and metabolites.
No financial details on the agreement were disclosed.
"We are delighted to appoint Burke & Burke as our first regional distributor of the Proxima platform. This is an excellent endorsement of Proxima and we look forward to the launch of Proxima 4 later this year, in addition to further distribution agreements," said Sphere Chief Executive Wolfgang Rencken.
