(Alliance News) - Integumen PLC said Thursday it has signed a three-year framework agreement with consultancy services provider Parity Group PLC, where it will offer access to Rinocloud, its cloud-based data storage solution, to the latter's clients.
The framework agreement has a tenor of three years, and will feature the supply and roll-out of mobile enterprise resources, data management and AI software services to clients from within the public sector, including the National Health Service, housing association and private firms.
This follows the agreement signed by Integumen and Parity in mid-November, for Integumen to provide its artificial intelligence software across Parity's clients.
Integumen said in November the agreement created an opportunity to cross-sell intelligent data management and extract value using analytics, with a focus on proving return on investment.
"Following on from the heads of terms signed with Parity announced five weeks ago, the Parity team offers Rinocloud a vendor approved, ready-made sales, marketing and distribution channel into the ideal clients for its mobile enterprise resource and data management software services," said Integumen Chief Executive Officer Gerard Brandon.
"The teams have jointly identified a number of clients across the Parity client portfolio who would benefit from working with Rinocloud and we will initiate consultations with them early in 2020," Brandon added.
Shares in Integumen were down 0.8% at 1.52 pence on Thursday, while Parity shares were 1.4% higher at 9.88p in London.
