(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

James Fisher & Sons PLC - Barrow In Furness, Cumbria-based marine services - Top three leaders buy 5,000 shares each at 860p to 869p, worth about GBP130,000 in total, on Tuesday. The purchase is the only holding for Non-Executive Chair Angus Cockburn and Chief Financial Officer Duncan Kennedy, while Chief Executive Officer Eoghan O'Lionaird now has 18,447 shares. Cockburn, the former CFO of outsourcer Serco Group PLC, and Kennedy, the former CFO of BTG PLC, both joined the James Fisher board in May.

Blackbird PLC - London-based cloud video editing platform - CEO Ian McDonough buys 579,139 shares via McDonough Family Trust at 34.28p and 34.70p, worth GBP200,000, on Monday and Tuesday. The CEO now is interested in 26.2 million shares, a 7.7% stake.

Trackwise Designs PLC - Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire-based products using printed circuit technology - CFO Mark Hodgkins buys 10,000 shares at 243p, worth GBP24,300, on Wednesday. Now 168,869 shares, a 0.6% stake.

Cake Box Holdings PLC - CFO Pardip Dass sells 375,000 shares at 345p, worth GBP1.3 million, on Tuesday. Dass now is interested in 2.0 million shares, while his ex-wife, Kulwinder Kaur, after their recent divorce has 1.5 million shares, a 3.8% stake.
