(Alliance News) - Seneca Global Income & Growth Trust PLC on Friday noted that Peter Elston, chief investment officer at Seneca Investment Managers Ltd, has resigned for personal reasons, effective at the end of 2019.
Elston has been in this role for five years since 2014, and on his departure, Fund Manager Gary Moglione will provide portfolio oversight.
"The board is assured and very comfortable that this team approach will continue under Moglione's oversight and the well-established, disciplined and distinctive investment philosophy and process will continue in the same fashion," Seneca Global said.
Shares in Seneca Global Income & Growth were down 0.6% at 172.00 pence on Friday in London.
