International Consolidated Airlines Group SA - airline firm and owner of brands such as British Airways and Iberia - Outlines bond final terms, with first tranche of EUR500 million due March 2025 at a coupon of 2.75% and the second tranche of EUR700 million due March 2029 at a coupon of 3.75%. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including strengthening IAG's balance sheet and increasing liquidity, helping the group to weather a more prolonged downturn in air travel due to the virus pandemic and providing the operational and strategic flexibility to take advantage of a recovery in demand, it said.

Signature Aviation PLC - aviation services company headquartered in London - Says shareholders vote in favour of Brown Bidco Ltd acquiring the company. Brown Bidco is a newly formed company indirectly owned by Blackstone Infrastructure, Blackstone Core Equity, Global Infrastructure Partners and Cascade Investment LLC.

Brandshield Systems PLC - London-based cybersecurity solutions provider - Launches image recognition technologies for the detection of impersonation, phishing fraud and counterfeits on social media platforms. "Social phishing is a fast growing online threat. Says it is not aware of any specific reason for this significant increase. Riverstone Energy Ltd - Guernsey-domiciled energy investor - To invest GBP600,000 in special purpose acquisition vehicle Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corporation III, which is sponsored by an affiliate of the company. "DCRC seeks to capitalise on the Riverstone platform to identify, acquire and operate a business in industries that may provide opportunities for attractive risk-adjusted returns in one of the multiple sectors that may advance the objectives of global decarbonization," says the company.

SIMEC Atlantis Energy Ltd - London-based clean energy generator and technology developer - Receives second tranche investment of GBP2.0 million from subscription agreement with New Technology Capital Group LLC. Announced in December that it entered into a share placement agreement with New Technology Capital Group LLC, a US-based investor, in relation to the issuance of new ordinary shares to raise up to GBP12.0 million.

Idox PLC - Reading, England-based management software provider - Toronto-based provider of cloud-based software Dye & Durham Ltd withdrew its possible cash offer for Idox, which was previously announced by Idox in February.

Cornerstone FS PLC - London-based SME-focused cloud-based provider of international payment, currency risk management and electronic account services - Plans GBP2.2 million London IPO at 61p per share on April 6.

XLMedia PLC - London-based digital marketing services provider - Inks agreement to buy Sports Betting Dime for USD26 million. Raises GBP24 million via placing at an issue price of 40p per share. "It is extremely pleasing to see the level of support received from both new and existing investors as part of this heavily oversubscribed fundraising. The level of demand for the placing reflects confidence in XLMedia's strategy and growth potential in the US sports betting market," says CEO Stuart Simms.
