LONDON (Alliance News) - Severfield PLC said that Non-Executive Director Alun Griffiths Wednesday bought 10,000 shares at 67.75 pence each.
Following the transaction, Griffiths now holds 30,000 shares representing 0.01% of the steel company's issued share capital.
Shares in Severfield closed up 1.0% at 67.44p on Wednesday.
