LONDON (Alliance News) - Sefton Resources Inc on Tuesday said the Bankruptcy Court has confirmed the hearing set for October 1 to October 2.
It will hear the merits of the bankruptcy petition made by James Ellerton, the company's former executive chairman.
Following the hearing, Sefton said it intends to pursue Ellerton for "fees, costs and monies owed to the company from his time as executive chairman".
Sefton shares closed up 4.4% at 0.0470 pence on Tuesday.
