LONDON (Alliance News) - Sefton Resources Inc Friday said that is giving thought to changing its name to Stryker Petroleum Inc.
In a statement, Sefton said it has incorporated a new subsidiary in the UK called Stryker Petroleum as part of moving its headquarters to the UK.
Sefton moved its head office to London from Denver, Colorado, US, on March 23.
"The board is currently considering putting forward a resolution at the company's next annual general meeting to change the company's name to Stryker Petroleum Inc as part of the broader updated strategy," Sefton said.
Sefton shares closed up 10% at 0.232 pence on Friday.
