LONDON (Alliance News) - Schroder UK Growth Fund PLC Monday said that Non-Executive Director Stella Pirie acquired 467 shares via a dividend reinvestment at a price of 170 pence per share on July 23 and 26.
Pirie now holds a total of 29,294 shares in the company.
Shares in the investment trust closed 1.2% higher Monday at 170.00 pence.
