LONDON (Alliance News) - SpaceandPeople PLC Wednesday said Chief Operating Officer Nancy Cullen sold an aggregate of 100,000 shares at an average price of GBP1.0875 per share.
Following this transaction, Cullen now holds 1.3 million shares, which represents a 6.8% stake in the firm.
The stock was trading at 113.00 pence Wednesday, up 5.50 pence or 5.1%
