CPPGroup PLC - Leeds-based products and services for financial services and insurance sectors - People & Culture Director Justine Shaw to step down from role with effect on April 16, after four years at the company since 2012.

JPMorgan Global Emerging Markets Income Trust PLC - investment trust - Appoints Lucy Macdonald as non-executive director with immediate effect. Her most recent role was as chief investment officer for Equities at Allianz Global Investors.
