Intertek Group PLC - London-based quality assurance provider - Former Chief Financial Officer Ross McCluskey takes up operational role within group as executive vice president of Europe & Central Asia with immediate effect. Had been CFO for three years since 2018.

Prime People PLC - recruiter - Appoints Dugald Macdonald as commercial director with immediate effect. Has been part of company for eight years since 2013, starting out by managing operations for Prime People's Asia business units.

CPPGroup PLC - Leeds-based products and services for financial services and insurance sectors - People & Culture Director Justine Shaw to step down from role with effect on April 16, after four years at the company since 2012.

JPMorgan Global Emerging Markets Income Trust PLC - investment trust - Appoints Lucy Macdonald as non-executive director with immediate effect. Her most recent role was as chief investment officer for Equities at Allianz Global Investors.

Logistics Development Group PLC - AIM-listed cash shell - Appoints David Facey as non-executive director with immediate effect. Was formerly a senior corporate finance executive with HSBC Investment Bank.

Yellow Cake PLC - Jersey-based uranium investor - Appoints Emily Manning as non-executive director with immediate effect. Currently acts as client director of Langham Hall Fund Management Jersey Ltd, which provides administrative services to the firm.

RTC Group PLC - London-based recruitment company - Non-Executive Director Brian May to resign with effect on April 30 for personal reasons. Company is currently creating a short-list of suitable candidates, and is expected to make a choice in due course.
