IN BRIEF: RPS Group Raises GBP20 Million Via Placing And Subscription

RPS Group PLC - Oxfordshire, England-based environmental, health, safety and risk consulting group - Raises GBP20.2 million through placing and subscription of 45.9 million shares at price of 44 pence per share, the proceeds of which will go towards long-term opportunities without losing key capability. Placing price reflects premium of 16% compared to Wednesday's closing price of 38p. Now has 275.4 million shares issued overall.

Current stock price: 43.00p

Year-to-date change: down 75%
