LONDON (Alliance News) - Ruffer Investment Company Ltd Friday said Chairman Ashe Windham bought 5,000 participating preference shares at a price of GBP2.20653 a share.
Following this transaction, Windham holds 58,500 shares, which represents 0.0383% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the investment company were down 0.12% at 219.25 Friday afternoon.
