(Alliance News) - Regional REIT Ltd on Thursday said it is considering an equity fundraise to enable it to invest in growth opportunities.
The company said that the proceeds from the proposed fundraise will be used to invest in "a growing near-term pipeline of accretive growth investment opportunities which would further de-risk the portfolio by sector, region, and tenant type, whilst providing asset management potential."
The real estate investment company raised GBP62.5 million in June 2019 which were invested in 11 "high-quality" office assets producing a combined net initial yield of 8.7%.
The stock was trading 2.1% lower at 119.80 pence each on Thursday afternoon in London.
