Residential Secure Income PLC - investor in affordable shared ownership, retirement and local authority housing - Acquires 191 shared ownership homes from English housing association Orbit for GBP16 million in cash. The portfolio comprises 180 houses and 11 apartments, located across 18 counties in England.
The acquisition will be funded through the investor's GBP300 million, 45-year debt facility that was established in July.
