LONDON (Alliance News) - Rosslyn Data Technologies PLC Wednesday said that Chief Executive Officer Charles Clark bought 25,000 shares for 20.20 pence per share.
Clark now holds a total of just over 9.5 million shares, representing a 12.6% shareholding in the company.
The company's stock was trading 3.3% lower Wednesday afternoon at 20.30 pence.
