Quantum Blockchain Technologies PLC - London-based cryptocurrency researcher and investor - Appoints Peter Fuhrman as non-executive director with immediate effect. Says he has extensive experience in high-technology, semiconductors, finance and investment industries. He is currently chair and chief executive of China First Capital Group Ltd. Commits to appointing a further director to the board within the next three months. Says its trading was reinstated with the appointment, because it previously did not comply with the Companies Act requirement to have at least two directors.

"I believe that Peter's appointment to the board will have a strong positive impact, not only because of his experience, but also due to his vast network that he has developed in over 30 years of international business in the US, Europe and China," Chief Executive & Executive Chair Francisco Gardin says.

Current stock price: 1.75 pence, up 4.2% on Monday
