Ideagen PLC - Nottinghamshire-based information management software firm - Company Secretary Graeme Spenceley sells 900,000 shares at 193 pence each, worth GBP1.7 million, on Tuesday. Now holds 1.3 million shares overall.

GRC International Group PLC - governance, risk management and compliance software - Executive director Neil Acworth sells 353,920 shares at 20 pence each, worth GBP70,784 on Tuesday. Now has 1.2 million shares.

Pure Gold Mining Inc - Canada-focused gold miner - Vice President of Exploration Phil Smerchanski sells 60,000 shares at CAD2.34 each, worth CAD140,100, on Friday last week. Also sold 50,000 shares at CAD2.30 each, worth CAD114,803, on Monday.
