(Correcting the percentage stake Lee holds after the purchase.)
LONDON (Alliance News) - Paternoster Resources PLC said Chairman Nicholas Lee bought 11.8 million shares at 0.17 pence each on Thursday.
Following this transaction, Lee now holds 16.4 million shares, representing 1.78% of the issued share capital.
The stock was up 3.8% at 0.176p Friday.
