RHI Magnesita NV - Chair Herbert Cordt buys 350,000 shares at EUR23.64, worth EUR8.3 million, on Friday last week outside a trading venue.

Circassia Pharmaceuticals PLC - Executive team buy 700,000 shares at 22.68p to 23.20p, worth about GBP160,000, on Thursday last week. Executive Chair Ian Johnson buys 200,000 shares, his only holding. Chief Financial Officer Michael Roller also buys 200,000, also his only holding. Chief Operating Officer Jonathan Emms buys 300,000 shares and now has 600,000, a 0.2% stake.

Pebble Group PLC - Chair Richard Law and Chief Executive Officer Chris Lee each buy 100,000 shares and Independent Non-Executive Director Yvonne Monaghan buys 20,000 shares. All on Thursday last week at 77.5p and together worth GBP170,500. Law now holds 195,238 shares and Monaghan 35,000. Lee has 6.0 million shares, a 3.6% stake.

Restaurant Group PLC - Directors including Chair Debbie Hewitt, CEO Andy Hornby and CFO Kirk Davis buy 100,000 shares at GBP0.58 in company's GBP57 million fundraise last week. Hewitt takes 30,000, Hornby 10,000 and Davis 40,000. Non-executive directors Graham Clemett and Zoe Morgan each take 10,000 shares. All on Wednesday last week.

ASOS PLC - Non-Executive Director Nicholas Robertson sells 1.0 million shares at GBP21.00, worth GBP21.0 million, on Thursday last week. The shares were pledged to Credit Suisse (UK) Ltd to cover a margin loan facility and were sold to close the position with the bank. Robertson now has 3.6 million shares, a 3.6% stake, and none of these shares are subject to any pledge or security, ASOS said.
