LONDON (Alliance News) - Specialist engineer Pressure Technologies PLC said it is making good progress on the sale of subsidiary PT Biogas Holdings Ltd.
Pressure Technologies announced the sale of PT Biogas, which trades as Greenlane Biogas, to Toronto-listed Creation Capital Corp in December.
Creation Capital is paying GBP11.1 million for the business, and will then spin it out as a separate-listed business in Toronto.
"The transaction timetable is being actively managed and the board now expects final closing of the transaction with approvals before the half-year end on March 30," said Pressure Technologies.
Shares were untraded on Friday morning, last quoted at 92 pence each.
