(Alliance News) - Petropavlovsk PLC said Wednesday that two Non-Executive Directors have purchased GBP48,250 in shares between them in a deal on Tuesday.
Senior Independent Director Harry Kenyon-Slaney bought 250,000 shares at a price of 9.95 pence per share, which now forms his entire holding in the company.
Non-Executive Director Robert Jenkins acquired another 250,000 shares for 9.98p each, which now is his entire stake.
Shares in the Russian miner closed 0.5% lower at 9.90 pence on Wednesday.
