LONDON (Alliance News) - Plaza Centers NV said Tuesday it has signed a definitive plot agreement for the sale of 22% of its plot in Lodz, Poland for EUR1.2 million.
The sale to a retail developer is for 13,770 square metres, with EUR760,000 being paid upfront and the remaining EUR900,000 to be paid no later than April 30.
Shares in Plaza Centers closed 38% higher at 45.00 pence each Tuesday.
