LONDON (Alliance News) - Plaza Centers NV said Wednesday that it has signed a pre-agreement for the sale of a land plot in Miercurea Ciuc, Romania, for EUR1.6 million in installments.
The company said the last installment for the sale is to be paid not later than April 15, 2019.
In July, the real estate investor signed a term sheet with a buyer for the sale of holding in a 74.7 acre plot in Chennai, India.
Shares in the company closed at 35.50 pence each on Wednesday.
