LONDON (Alliance News) - Plaza Centers NV Tuesday said that an Israeli credit rating agency has updated the credit rating of Plaza's two series of Notes traded on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange to ilBBB- from D.
S&P Malot, a division of International Standard & Poor's, has a "stable" outlook on the notes, according to Plaza Centers.
A copy of S&P Malot's report is available in Hebrew, with an English translation to be available soon, according to Plaza Centers.
Plaza Centers shares were flat at 3.25 pence on Tuesday.
