Pathfinder Minerals PLC - mining concession in Mozambique

Agrees to lower price for equity raise to 0.65 pence per share from 1.00p. Still raising GBP250,000 but with a placing of 38.5 million shares instead of the 25.0 million announced back on May 11. Says agreed lower price after discussion with broker Novum Securities Ltd. This followed a knock to the share price from the announcement last week that the Mozambique Supreme Court rejected the company's application to recognise an English High Court judgement, which had backed Pathfinder Minerals' claim for the mining concession.

Current stock price: 0.57 pence

12-month change: down 76% from 2.35p
