EXECUTIVE CHANGES: 88 Energy appoints new managing director

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

88 Energy Ltd - oil exploration and production in the US state of Alaska - Ashley Gilbert moves from chief financial officer and company secretary to managing director on the board, starting on Monday next week. Gilbert replaces David Wall, who has resigned. Gilbert will be replaced as company secretary by Sarah Smith, who was acting company secretary from 2014 to 2020.

Crest Nicholson Holdings PLC - Chertsey, Surrey-based housebuilder - Sharon Flood will step down as non-executive director on June 30, having served for six years. Searching for new non-executive director and chair of Audit & Risk Committee.

Speedy Hire PLC - Merseyside-based tools and equipment hire - Appoints Carol Kavanagh as non-executive director, starting June 1. Kavanagh was human resources director for builders' merchant Travis Perkins PLC from 2007 until last year.

Pebble Beach Systems Group PLC - Surrey-based software company specialising in playout automation and content management solutions - Hires Chris Errington as non-executive director, starting Tuesday. Errington is a partner and head of Research at Kestrel Partners LLP. He was chief executive officer of Gresham Computing, now Gresham Technologies PLC, until 2015.

Salt Lake Potash Ltd - Western Australia-focused organic sulphate of potash miner - Bryn Jones resigns as non-executive director, effective immediately, having served since 2017.

Great Western Mining Corp PLC - gold, silver and copper explorer in US state of Nevada - Will propose Gemma Cryan as a non-executive director at its May 27 annual general meeting. Cryan is an executive director at Starvest PLC, an investor in early stage mineral exploration, and geology manager at Greatland Gold PLC, both of which are AIM-listed in London.
