(Sharecast News) - Multi-retailer redemption provider Park Group has officially changed its name, including at Companies House, to Appreciate Group, it confirmed on Wednesday.
The AIM-traded firm said trading in its shares would commence under the new name Appreciate Group, and the new TIDM code 'APP', with effect from 0800 GMT on 7 November.
It said its existing ISIN number GB0006710643 and SEDOL number 0671064 would remain unchanged.
"Shareholders should note that shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes and no new share certificates will be issued," the board said in its statement.
The change of name was approved at the company's annual general meeting on 24 September.
As at 0813 GMT, shares in Appreciate Group (PARK) were up 1.46% at 52p.
